If your computer automatically downloaded anything , en your IE settings are not set right. If you are using WIN XP and SP2 your system if set right would give you a warning that the site was attempting to upload a activeX or other file. Get spywareblaster and install/update it and then go to the main page and enable all the blocks. It will warn you if your IE is set up right or not and set the recommended settings.

eh...some of the examples make sence though...a group of teens talking about boosting cars by hot wireing them...if busted before the crimes could take place should very well be included...

No example makes sense, if you believe in free speech. If people want to discuss how to steal a car, they should be allowed...if people want to discuss how to comprimise a router, they should be allowed...etc.

Asian countries traditionally haven't put much value in individuality, so it's not surprising they'd be able to propose and pass something like this in peacetime.
