Jamie, have you ever taken the time to get to know any of these people. I find that when I feel threatened or uncomfortable with someone, if I take a moment or two to talk to them I usually feel different.
I have this internal predjudice against people from the South, yet evertime I talk to one face to face I end up really liking them. We all have predjudices, but fighting that predjudice is a necessary self-maintenance IMHO.

One time on a ride along with a department, we stopped an illegal Mexican for having no license plates. Come up to the driver and his first words were "no habla ingles!". License and registration please. "No habla ingles!". Do you want to go to jail? "Ok ok I speak english!". He got arrested, found out he was infact illegal and ended up notifying border patrol
I'll play dumber .....Why are they throwing so much of a fit about being asked to leave a country that they didn't legally come in to in the first place? It makes no sense to me at all. You go to country and enter illegally....then bitch and moan about being asked to leave or to do it the right way and complain even more about not being treated equally? ...I just find it hilarious that a group of illegal aliens can have an organized march in a major city about our immigration laws and all not get boarded on a bus and shipped out of town....they actually get to go back home......

I agree that they need to follow the laws we have or get out, and I heard from another forum I go to that about 80 illegals were removed from southern CT last week.

There are indians that try to get more land for theie reservations and some that try to get recognized to get more land, but if they wanted to remove all non indians from the US it would be a fight.
How did the countries we have now get their land, people fought for it, so if we treated the illegals like that, we be at war, killing them.
