If he listed that he accepts Paypal AND CC, then there must be another way to submit a CC transaction.

If a seller accepts CC, then you'll usually have to call him to do it, unless he means CC via PayPal.

Oops.

I don't particularly like PayPal either, but most people simply will not buy stuff these days any other way. Necessary evil.

Because about 2 years ago i had paypal account and someone started sending money to my account ....100 bucks ..200bucks ...500 bucks ...i was like wtf ...then i emailed paypal and they said its ok,accept the money.SO i did.3 weeks later i got phone call from paypal claiming that the money were from stolen CC's.They said they are dealing with this problem because so many accounts are affected. When i sent him email what i received from paypal he didnt say a word (it wasnt automated reply).I told them ok,i gave them the money back (they even charged me fees !!!!!!!!) and after that i closed my account which i was using for 6 years.I'm never ever going there again.

You should've been smarter than that and rejected the payments no matter what PayPal told you.
