do you think i should get a celery 2.53 with 512 mb ram xp home if i had to or...

2.3 or so p4 with 512 with xp pro

my sister n law needs it for college...she has 650 to play with ... i could get the celery and format and put on xp pro ... you think?

pick one of the two on the right, add 256 to get 512 and yo should be good. both of them will be under $650 im pretty sure.
