Just where do you get your bandwidth information at? I do have the GI3100 (really SB3100). I looked through the pages that the cable modem offers, but the only thing that would represent bandwidth is in Hz. Is there a formula to convert Hz into bits?

My download is: 525000000 Hz Locked
My upload is: 21008000 Hz Ranged

I have RR here in Oklahoma City. I know that if you have @HOME and a GI3100 that all the stats. for that modem aren't shown. :-(
They capped me 2 mths. ago and before used to be 10Mb/s down and 3Mb/s up. I had those blazing speeds for over 2 years.

Yeah, I have @Home service, and a SB3100... When you say GI, does your cable modem says "GI3100"... Because GI is also known as Motorola, and Motorola makes cable modems called SURFboard (SB)... I can log onto my cable modem and look at the stats, but still, if my assumption is correct about when you're talking about GI3100, it certainly can also mean SB3100. The IP 192.168.100.1 certainly works... I don't really get it when you say "if you have @HOME and a GI3100 that all the stats." What you mean by that? There could've been more stats, but @Home doesn't release them or something?

From my cable modem, I could see Status, Signal, Addresses, Configuration, Logs, and Help.
