I'm on Bellsouth aDSL on a Westell 6100 modem. Behind a Sonicwall Tele2 is a Netgear switch with lines that go to two separate computers. Never had these issues before I added the Sonicwall and the switch.
1) Every minute or so the DSL connection pauses for maybe 3-4 seconds. Very annoying trying to play online games.
2) trying to use a web page with a "search function" results in an "http error" or "page not found". What I'm talking about is trying to use mapquest.com or hotels.com where you put in your information and the website returns info.
What version firmware on the Tele? Was this set from default to your home connection? Or installed "used" at your home with some custom settings still in there from a previous location?
Does it have a VPN tunnel set to corporate?
