Personally I live In Hampton And I really Hate Them. The Are So Slow 50Kb/s down and 12 Kb/s Up man they suck. then there mail server is down everyother day and when it rains my cable goes off line so they suck
that's messed up man... my brother has charter cable in lawrenceville georgia and he gets about 150KBps down and around 50 KBps upload. I guess it's all in the area
