P2P problem

P2P problem

all my my P2P programs cant have connection more then 150-160 KB/s any idea of what can cause that? i have reinstalled windows but it didnt help it started when i moved from cable to dsl

Well what are your DSL caps?

most dsl has lower bandwidth than cable
