I make my own with tomatoes, many types of peppers, onions, garlic, cilantro, kosher salt, and some other stuff,
I dry it for 3 or 4 days at about 150 in the oven til it's crispy
and then put it all in a spice grinder until it's powdered,
then rub into this beautiful TRI-TIP,it makes a very yummy roast.
I grow all the peppers myself at home.

Usually soak it in Red Wine and Olive Oil over night. Then add adobe, basil, salt, pepper, and a little Goya Sazon.

I have been using Emeril's seasonings lately. I love his "Baby Bam" and "Southwest" essence. His steak rub is pretty good too!

I can attest....Dans dry spice rubs are fantastic! Two thumbs up!
Myself...I lean more towards marinades...specifically jerk pastes. Specifically Walkers Wood jerk seasoning,

The only other authentic tasting jamaican jerk marinade that I've found outside of Jamaica is a brand called "Busha Brown".

That's fine but there's the little matter of "some other stuff" that's added to the mix for drying.
C'mon Dan spill it. Got the dryer (proper one) and the grinder right here. Need the secret ingredients. PM the list if it's a secret. What's said in the PM stays in the PM.

I like to rub my meat with natural juices as they provide the best flavor...
The juice that I prefer is called "Maiden", really good stuff... (Unlike fine wine, the aged is not as tasty as the fresh...) I wish that I could find it in an extra virgin, however, it does differ from olive oil, so it is graded differently...
