My first. I keep thinking I'm going to get one then decide to wait for this technology or that technology that's just around the bend.

As cheap as they are, I decided to bite the bullet and do it.

A new BenQ DW1640 is speeding it's way to me as I type this. Thoughts on it later..

The NEC 3540 is so cheap and potent..... It is hard to say no to it.

I got two of those NEC's back when newegg had them on sale I think around 39$ then. But yeah best drives I've seen in a while.

I got the liteon newer model and very happy think I got it for $40, so far havent made a coaster yet.

I think all of the models mentioned above are just as good cant go wrong for prices

I believe that we have the same model, I also havent had any problems and I just picked my sister up one and installed it for her. Works like charm!!!! :thumb:
