can anyone tell me if the broadband tweak from dsl-reports works (windows 98 Rwin9-1.reg)thanks Duzmor

As far as i know it works just fine..

I believe so, but all it does is change the RWIN value. The speedguide patches change this and a whole lot more. From what I've seen/heard, the speedguide tweaks seem to be the best broadband tweaks out there.
