RWIN ??

Is there a better setting for the RWIN that would make my DSL connection run much faster then 65535 ??

RWIN should be at least as big as the product of the bandwidth of the modem times the round trip time to the site. So, for your RWIN of 512 kilobits, if you have a 768 k connection, you should be fine so long as the ping is less than 660 ms.

.66 x 768 = 512, give or take.
