low level formatting

i downloaded diagnostic tools for my wd raptor and i'm not seeing any information in it on how to low level format my drive, i made the floppy but how do i just low level format the drive

There should be an option to "Write Zeros to all Sectors" or something close to that.

Usually there is an option to do that in the BIOS aswell. It doesn't really accomplish anything though.
