BF2 sucks...

Demo ran great for me. I get the game, choppy as hell, I have the newest nividia drivers too. Refresh the server list, froze my computer. Restart the game, "connecting to EA server", froze my computer. A big fat

Eh, got it to work now, but still a bit buggy, oh well, atleast i can play now.

Game still pissing me off. Its a coin flip if it is going to freeze when hitting the log in button

Yeah I get random freezes and now I CTD at the end of the map on ranked servers.

I believe EA may have gone too far out with the graphics on this game compared to the hardware you can use for it. Even with a high end system I still see lag when there are gun fights and so forth I'd rather have less eye candy and less lag during fighting so when I shoot and turn it doesn't go in slow motion.

When arty is comming down it really shows a lag spike for some reason.

I've had no one or two problems ..but nothing i'd get bent out of shape about .. I get horrid lag on some servers and others play without any trouble ..even in close combat..

I havnt had any of the nasty crash problems.. But i have had nasty lag on some servers. And sometimes if a few people at close-quarters start opening fire in Multiplayer it might lock for a couple of mili seconds, but otherwise its ok.

Did some nice 'newb-styléé' base camping avec le tank last night, until a mine ended my reign of terror on the german server i found.... man those germans get annoyed quick

Am I the only lucky person here? I havent had a single problem with the game. Hasn't crashed once, no freezes, ect. A few server sided problems due to the server being linux based, but that should clear up with the patch next week.

i am lucky one also, but i do have little lag every now and then,....i think wheni upgrade to 2 gigs that will go away though

Been running pretty well for me too, even on my aging hardware. Only issues I've had was back a while when I was fiddling with the video .con files, messing with those gave me a few CTD's til I got the settings right. But that was my fault, not the games. Once when refreshing the server browser list too much she became unresponsive on me for a bit..that's about it.

Yeah, Karkand is pretty good. Im loving FuShe Pass and Dragon Valley as well.

Had some nice games the last few days.. though atm my problem is finding nice servers.. WIth Illini's help ive found some, but the XDC one is always full lol

I seem to have good fun games every now and then, but about 60% of the time im on a server with about 7 players, which is a bit slow and quiet...

Other than that, I'm liking it

Yeah, I always have to kick players so I can get on the XDC server as well...LOL. Same goes for all of the other clan members...The server is very popular most of the day..full all time.
