Question?

Post by Xzaver »

I had A ubr 900 Cisco , I'm kind of upset I had to replace it because of the back of the modem was worn , so What happend was they ended up giving me a Surf Board3100.

Should I have kept the Cisco even though I was having problems ?

All has not been well.

To be honest keep the GI SB3100 It's a good modem, and at least you'll know there is a problem with service.

The cable tec also left me with some info , maybe valueable or not i don't know.

An IP adress that goes to a Surfboard Configuration Manager ???

Whats this all about ?

Personally I wouldn’t worry about GI 3100SB has its own IP address and 2 Different Mac Address. The only reason this could be important is one to check to see if your modem is on online, and too if you ever need to get your modem provisioned.
