We have known for about a month now, but due to some early complications we weren't making the news public. She has been on bed rest for a couple weeks now, but today we had her Ultrasound and things looked really well. We had the always exciting pleasure of hearing the babies heartbeat and seeing it on the monitor.
At this point it's to early to tell the sex of the baby, and in all honesty I prefer not knowing until the baby is born. Anyway, we wanted to share this information now that we have had this good piece of news. I do ask for everyones thoughts and prayers for my wife as this process is always a hectic one. For those of you curious she is 7 weeks 3 days in with a tentative due date of November 18.
That is wonderful news, Roody. May your family continue to be blessed.

The tools of conquest do not necessarily come with bombs and explosions and fallout. There are weapons that are simply thoughts, attitudes, and prejudices to be found only in the minds of men. For the record, prejudices can kill and suspicion can destroy and a thoughtless, frightened search for a scapegoat has a fallout all of its own for the children and the children yet unborn and the pity of it is that these things cannot be confined to the Twilight Zone.
Will do wee, and thanks for the words also JCOS. Obviously like any expecting parent I just want a healthy baby, but in a perfect world I would love to have a girl this time.
