I actually went through all that garbage -- deselected all their great offers they wanted to give me, then I finally got to watch the proof. It's just that 10mb flash that shows all the best ghost footage vids and pics. I believe it came out in Halloween http://www.ebaumsworld.com/ghosts.html

Are these for real?
These are classic photos, and some of them are really interesting. Some can be explained like the lady walking down the stairs in all white is a motion blur.
I am not a big fan of photos where you zoom up and see a possible face, though I do admit some of them looked pretty good. Our mind is trained to see faces, an example in clouds or on 9/11 people thought they saw the devil in the explosion, so when you see a bunch of foliage together sometimes we can create a face in our mind. Especially if it zooms up and points it out you already know you are looking for something.
Some photos I definitely cannot explain, but one thing is for sure I will never say a photo is 100% real and valid, because there is no true way with current technology to say that is a ghost. It is all theory in the end.
