Rader, a Cub Scout leader who was active at his Lutheran church, lived with his wife, neighbors said.

seems like a decent guy....Wife, kids, churchgoer....oh yea, but he also horribly kills people.

what kind of malfuction people have to make them kill people, yet live a normal life? it doesnt make sense..

I do not live to far from this guy. I am glad they caught him. You never know about the person next door.
