I have been playing under that name from time to time just recently. Hope I'm not in trouble! :(

I know I am guilty of the odd friendly fire but I am a little rusty saying as I have not played the game since I have been back at school. Sorry! :D

Snuf,

Thanks for not killing me too bad last night. That was my first game playing BF1942. There is alot more vehicles then in the other first-person games I play. I think I will stay away from the aircraft awhile.

Can DC be played offline? This would give me an arena for practicing.

Thanks,

RicRogue

I believe it can, just set up a local server with bots. I think that's how most people have been playing the SP mode.

Are bots listed as an option? If not, where can I download them?

I know some games won't start unless there are more than one person in the room?

You can play DC in single player. Just select single player, select how many bots you want in and the other option as well. Select your side and have at it. Simple. Maps are limited though...but adequate.

The bots are retarded too. The just stand there and let you walk up to them and knife them. Single Player is good for learning how to fly and learning the maps that it offers, but not much else.
Respect it.
