However, I found there is a utility in this site teaching to Remove the limit on TCP connection attempts. Are they related? if so, say, I change the connection to 100 by that utility, and do I need to change the value in "Max Connections per Server" and "Max Connections per 1.0 Server" when tweaking my machine?
About "Max Connections per Server"
About "Max Connections per Server"
After reading some tweaking suggestion, I found that almost (I did not check all thread) every tweaking suggestion includes 2 lines called "Max Connections per Server" and "Max Connections per 1.0 Server" and usually it will be the value of 10 and 20.

yeah, after SP2, TCP/IP has been set to 10 connection attempts...on the other hands, by reading coffee suggestion, it indicates that the "Max Connections per Server" and "Max Connections per 1.0 Server" will be usually set to 10 and 20.....so just want to know are they related or what?
