Should loose his licence for permanent.
Then tries to blame it on a throttle lock.
Then after he does it, starts car up and drives it back onto street, WHAT, he think no one will notice.

Hope the home owner sues his a$$ big time and he can never afford a car again, of a bus ticket for that matter

I see yer point tho.....if kids had been around, someone might have been killed.If the throttle stuck on a modded STi(kinda looks like one, might be dressed WRX tho) anywhere near the boost in third....I would NOT wanna be in it. Subaru recalled every WRX due to an oddball cruise-controller. I fixed mine myself, simple really. If he tried to fix it rather than "clutch and brake" he was in a world of hurt. My car goes from 60-100 mph in a damn hurry, and it's not as potent as a modded STi. STis have oodles of torque in that range, modded ones are downright evil at those speeds.
