As for ocing stories, i've got a million of 'em

Right now the main has a 3.0E prescott running 3.75GHz H20 cooled of course

Hmmmm, um... you can use soundforge, record it to your hdd. You can also edit, add fx to it and so fourth. Great proggy. i use it to transfer my music from the cassette to the hdd, then burn em on CD
