When I have Scan for ADS is Checked - Running Processes and Process Modules have ? by them - Should I scan with ADS Be Checked ?

the help says full system scan, scans whole computer with all options on. ads scan is for NTFS volumes, mines FAT32 so I guess I wont need that. the customise button (scan settings) only effect the custom scan, as the other scans use fixed options.
