i get a 64kb/s download rate and 13kb/s upload
im on a 640/128kbps adsl connection (ethernet).
any ideas on any changes i can make?
oh and im on windowsXP

ive noticed a considerable decrease on my ftp download speeds.
cant say much about http cos i mostly use flashget to download.
ill wait another day or two before i can say for sure cause with my isp i dont know whats going on some days. (oh well)
one more question though. I am under the impression that my adsl is not ppoe, however i do log on the website of my isp to get access. I user an ethernet modem, and i only log on to my line provider and then i have to logon to my isp through another web interface.
any idea if thats ppoe or not? as i recall users with a usb modem connect using a dialup thingy.
