Im not too sure about the different mobo's the store where Im gunna be buying it all from has alot of asus but Im not sure about the different kinds and what not. So I picked this one with a sound card and I guess a lan card is an ethernet card? heres hoping

i would suggest an N-force 2 mobo like an asus or abit or if on a stict budget the biostar M7NCD Pro Nforce2 Ultra 400 nice mobo and lower priced than some of the others.

i have one and love it.

I think the 9600XT might be a better card?

not sure about prices..though I think you have Canadian prices listed (right?)

and um yeah Ethernet Card is a 'lan card'
and the HDD is a WD SE I hope?

i'm sorry then i don't it was canadian $ lol..by the way i'm not so sure how much NForCe2 but if it like 20-50 more i will go with Nforce2 ..good luck with your rig..
