How do i go about doing this..

I've got an Athlon 2200+ , 1 gigabyte of pc3200 ram , runnin win xp pro. I have no clue on even how to get started..can anyone help?

btw..i think its a Abit NFS-7 motherboard. And if we can..overlock my Radeon 9600 video card.

im assuming you want to over clock.. in your bios is where you get started

what were you hoping to achive. were you wanting to over clock your system?

did you want some instructions for some thing?
