I figured you would've picked it up already. :p

Nothing has changed since the last time I played it (aside that I now know more of what's going on). It's a bit different from X (all-female cast, JPop-ish music), with a much faster battle/sphere system. It's also a heck of a lot less linear, giving you access to an airship within the first hour or so of gameplay. As far as the "Yuna Raider" stuff goes, probably the worst part of it is the animation. Consider it a FFX serquel, with a dash of some silly fun.

On a side note, something sounds different in John DiMaggio's (Wakka's) voice, and I don't know why...

I have not played the Final Fantasy series since I think it was FF7, i dont know I lost track

I loved them back then, but after a while they felt all the same with just different characters.

Nah, it's still the same actor, but he just sounds a little "off" at times, almost as if he forgot exactly how he did it the first time (which is somewhat surprising coming from a professional voice actor).

No blitzball, but there's a crapload of other minigames.

Is it towards the end of the game then or something? I never actually got to beat the import copy I was playing (wasn't mine), but I was probably halfway through chapter 4 when I left off, and hadn't run into any Blitzball matches I could play (plenty of Sphere Break matches, but no Blitzball).

I guess that would depend on whether you think X-2 is worth $230 ($180 for the system + $50 for the game) to you...

Yeah it is towards the end. However it's more like a coaching game and less of a hands-on type of game.
