whats the best block size? 64KB or is a different value better to use?

for WD with 8mb Cache .some say 32 or 16 i have try 32 but it look to me 16 are faster

First you have to answer "Better for what kind of use?" Different sizes work better for different roles/type of use.

On regular IDE drives, either 16k or 32k seems to be the consensus for the best constant performance for short bursts, with the larger sizes being better suited for more intensive transfers of large files (i.e., video editing).
On SATA drives, though, the stripe size isn't as relevant. This guy did a pretty thorough test of stripes using SATA drives and it would appear that it isn't as important to find the "perfect" size as it is with standard IDE drives. Just FYI:
