Comcast speed in Portland now at 2400 down

Post by PDXracer »

Modem connection was acting up big time from 11pm-2am last night, with it being out most of the time.

I had power cycled it and done that to make sure it just didnt need to be reset.

After running diagnostics and such, I have now download capability of 2400 down (compared to 1800).

Anyone in Portland, power cycle your modem, and do a speed test to verify this.

I do notice a VERY big difference in speed this morning.

Wish they start doing this in Seattle too...
I've had a very bad experience with the 3500/384 Comcast Pro service...
