Difference between P4P800 and P4P800 Dlx?

Just wondering if it's worth buying the P4P800 Deluxe over the P4P800?

Deluxe also has the added features of
1) Onboard IDE RAID controller
2) Firewire

I think the deluxe might also support future Prescott processor's.

The P4P800 series do not support Prescott.
