Difference between P4P800 and P4P800 Dlx?

Just wondering if it's worth buying the P4P800 Deluxe over the P4P800? :D

Deluxe also has the added features of
1) Onboard IDE RAID controller
2) Firewire
MORNING WOOD Lumber Company

I think the deluxe might also support future Prescott processor's.

The P4P800 series do not support Prescott.
