i got cable recently--in need of tweaking help

those are my results from the analyzer thing.
Is anything bad? If so, how do i change/fix it?

1. i have PPP cable connected through ethernet

2. my ISP is comcast and the speeds are 1800/256

3. OS: windows server 2003

I'm sure I don't have any spyware because I just reformatted this PC this morning
