I did work for me. When you edit or change your registry make sure thar you reboot before you start browsing. setting won't take effect until you reboot.

Mr. steele, so what do you think of the speed i'm getting, is this ok or i need to make some more adjustment. i think i'm just getting 80% of the cap speed. is it possible to get it up to 90%.

i'm not using a router and it's a direct hooked up to the phoneline with dsl filter. tried to use with or with out filters still the same.
model of dsl modem is arescom netdsl 800. check with firmwareupdate no update is available
