Well, A day ago right before I did this my ping was at a stable 45-55. And when I try to make it windows default the settings don't save only some do neither does it work on custom [Yes I'm opening it as an admin]

So I watched a video on youtube on how to decrease your ping and I came across this.
I did what it told me to but after that my ping fluctuates like crazy! :mad: :irate:
I had a steady 45-55 ms but now I get 47 ms and it randomly goes up to 900 then to 120 then to 500 then back at 50. :wth: :eek ...
