At first i want to apologize for unreadable stuff, I'm not a native english speaker so my grammar sucks af.
So I am pretty much done with my provider.
Just as the title says, when I'm down/uploading my ping is above 300, some services are unreachable, Teamspeak and real-time games are impossible ...
