If you can connect via tracert/ping to both speedguide.net and the IP address, it means that it is not a DNS issue. I would try to connect using a different browser as well to see if the problem is browser-specific. If you can trace/ping that means you are connected to the internet. Sometimes ...

Do you still have some type of internet connectivity when it happens ? For example, drop to command prompt and type: tracert speedguide.net (or tracert 68.67.73.20 ).

Page Cannot Be Displayed

Hi everybody :

I've been having a problem with "Page Cannot Be Displayed" for (about) a month. I ran a Norton 360 scan......found nothing wrong. Via Norton, I did a Registry scan, found only one error.......something to do with an invalid entry (or link). Through my online research, I looked at ...
