Or is that some other fancy thing it does along with the Auto Tuning;S?

Cause that one can't be disabled anymore, you can barely change any setting now

Are all options available on the Server 2016?

Can't i limit the TCP Window to something higher?
Like forcing the Scale and prevent Windows from messing with it?

So i recently learned about Bufferbloat.
I kinda knew the problem with latency going haywire when you are downloading or uploadoing (usually uploading), and thought that was simply cause you used up your line or something.
But apparently it seems that's not always the case.

So i played around ...

This is my NIC.

Intel PRO/1000 PT.

Should i have TCP/UDP Checksum and Large Send Offloading enabled, and with tx rx?

I have never gotten this to work for some reason.
I have enabled all offloading options on my Intel NIC.
And of course Chimney is activated on Windows 8 (have used 7 before, same results)

When i run: netstat -nt

in cmd, it says, InHost, which means it isn´t offloaded.

Anyone knows why?

I have Offloading on, at both the NIC and Windows (Chimney Enabled).

But i don´t think it´s working, i did the CMD test i found, where it should list all offloaded packages, but well. It was none for me.

If anyone knows more please help.

Okay what i mean is, i want to have as low latency as possible, And i want to be able to Game while uploading (Youtube to be precise).
