i only use microsoft security essentials.. how do i disable it?

as i have said speed seems fine but whenever i stream or download something it is so slow..

i always exit torrents when ever i dont use it sir...

its still the same sir.. slow download and buffer but good torrent speed.

do i put it on 3mbps?

i have an 3mbps speed and when i always check the speed its always fast but when ever i stream other videos(except youtube) and download via browser my speed seems so slow..any idea what might happen?
