I replaced the line from the ground block to the modem twice. They were not new cable lines though. They seemed to be in good shape though.

When you changed the connectors I assume you mean splitters? Are you using ones supplied by the cable company or ones from a local store? You want to make sure you use good quality splitters rated 5-1000mhz.

You changed connectors? What connectors did you use.. did you properly install them? Try to remove any electrical items such as a lamp or speakers away from the modem also.

The connector thats connected to the ground block. Im not sure what the technical name for it is but i made sure I properly ...

Ok have you called your ISP and have them out to look over everything?

they have been out so many times before the node was split. What reason would they have to come out now? The speeds look fine and so do the signals. Timewarner isnt a very cooperative company lol

Using just basic windows firewall is fine and more than enough.. depending on the model router it prob has a hardware firewall built in. I guess my newest suggestion for just testing purposes would be to download malwarebytes anti-malware, update it and run a full scan just to see what it finds ...

idk why it would say that, im not using any firewall, on my computer or the router. Im using the newest version of Firefox though. Shouldnt make a difference because this problems happens on all systems.

theres only 2 lines, the one from the drop to the ground block, and from the ground block to the modem. Unless the the line from the drop is loose which i doubt.

The 22mbps is powerboost or whatever RR calls it. You're upload is fine, more than enough for online games and viewing websites/vidoes is related to your download.

Odd that you have an issue considering your speedtest results.

Just use a private server for WoW. I play on a server called MoltenWow. Its not like the other private servers that you start at 80. It feels like the real experience with all the quests still there.
