but how long will that cable modem last?
technology increases each 6 months. That cable modem will be outdated in less than one year and eight months (10x16 months). why pay 200 dollars up front when you can lease it for 16 months for 200. At that time technology will have advanced and just lease the better modem after that. just a waste ...

It will still record the new ones to the same text, all you did was flush the old stuff away. If you need it very bad just get a dat recovery program to get it back, but i dont see whats the bid deal about deleting it?

I contacted thier customer service email address, and they assured me it was possible. So i went ahead and installed it all. My connection speed dropped at least 200 percent.
