Power will transmit fine as you can see but the data loss occurs for the signal to reach. Ive been there myself once years back and had to put ...

The reason you can ping yahoo is cuz your DNS is resolving correctly as your are getting DNS server assignment from ICS box. However you are not getting a Gateway definition for some reason ( very common on tiny ICS machines ) . Just assign static IPs and enter DNS IP manually on client PCs and it ...

Hrmmm.. firmware upgrades resolve glitches usually. Check the packet shaping functions added up in the new firmware upgrade. You should take a look at the SPI ( if any ) features enabled.

Check your RJ45 port on your secondary LAN. Maybe a pin is dodgy . The drivers supplied with the OS should be ok. Might wanna try different cables too just for the same of trial and error.

Since you are new so let me tell you this. The reason you can't ping is because your windows firewall is "ON" and its blocking ICMP Pings. For testing purposes you can disable and they should ping each other. This applies to PCs connected on a same switch NOT through a router as routers tend to ...

Oh wow. Well this is a bit fragile topic. Ive been there for a while with my Marine friends and it was a pain in the butt. First of all, there is no average ISP there and by no means you will get descent connectivity even for 1 user. You definitely are going to use IPVS like we did. It was 256kbps ...

It actually refers to incoming port forwarding. Lets say you have a FTP server running on your LAN IP address 10.0.0.6 and you want to forward port 21 from your router on your LAN IP then you can do so using port forward function.

<internet> ----> < your router port 21 > -----> < LAN IP 10.0.0.6 ...
