It says it can not find this when I put it in I copied and pasted with the quotation marks but it still didn't work. Wrong wording?

acer made my laptop and I don't want a system restore because it might make my downloads longer and all. Plus it won't let me open system restore...

It also won't let me open System Restore.

thats the message I sometimes receive when I start my computer or 5 minutes after starting my computer.

Sometimes I don't receive this message but notice there is no sound on my computer completely ...
