Just an update...I tried all of the above and nothing worked, also it seems its only blocked on the computers that dont need a darn password each time you try to open a webpage. So it must be thru the server.

nope When i did ctrl N it still only has 1 window open....it acts like it did open a new window but if so then it closed the window i was in, still only 1 window is open!!!!!!!!!!!!GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRr

Actually when I go "file" open new window it does act like it is a new window cuz if I try the back ...

No not a white window...it opens over what I have opened, instead of opening in its own window, even links that are spossed to open in a new window dont they all open in the current window therefore closing me out of that window.

Im gonna go find a cleaner like suggested, never done this before so ...
