Has anyone with OOL managed to exchange their modems (defective or non-defective) at the Wiz well after the 33 day return policy. If so, how did you go about doing it, and did they give you a hard time? Thanks

Cool. I have a download cap of 10megabits and an upload cap of 1megabit.

I have the SB3100 modem that i use with OOL (Optimum Online).. I constantly get around 5.8Megabits per second... I have my receive window set at 64240. If anyone with an SB3100 wants to check out the modem's configuration manager, go to http://192.168.100.1

I got a 961 with a p3-600 and TNT2 non ultra on default settings.
