I found it. ikobo has two type of accunts: personal (where you can send/receive money with a 2.9$ +5$ transaction fee) and a merchant account (selling stuff with a 2.9% + 0.29$ transaction fee). It looks interesting but I should dig in to find out more about them.

I went there too. You are right. It seems they send you a free visa debit card to withdraw your money from it. I could add them to my options list only if I knew their fees and coverage
What are their fees ferix?
