I just ran across this site. I'll copy and past a little info here.

There are thousands of Tech Websites on the web today, some are full of useful info, and others aren't worth the click.
If you can't find what you're looking for on PCstats.com check the links here. They've been posted by users like you, and what's more, the most popular sites rise to the top. Know a site that isn't listed, then submit it!

Ummm they don't use cookies yet.

And after reading around, the site is highly inacurate. Still, 310 isn't reflective at all of the tweaks listed on this site. Let alone the great advice you can find here.

Actually I posted this link to test a theory of mine.

I've always suspected that SpeedGuide only had 6 or 700 members. The other 10,000 or so are really Evil Angel, TonyT and YardofStuff.

guys when the admin at pcstats sees that SG has jumped 100 positions in less than 24 hours hes gonna look at the vote log, and see all you people voting several times, then hes gonna delete the bad votes and probably some of the good ones too leaving SG worse off than it started
