I like milk and I don't care if it kills me.
Not saying the site is valid or it isn't. Just saying that there are alot of things that may not be good for you. But alot of the time the stress associated with worrying about the helth risks of doing something or having done something causes more harm than the action itself.

Respect it.

Moreover, the "Famous Milk Letter" is allegedly written by:
"Robert M. Kradjian, MD
Breast Surgery Chief Division of General Surgery,
Seton Medical Centre #302 - 1800 Sullivan Ave.
Daly City, CA 94015 USA "
Dr. Kradjian is not connected with The Seton Medical Center, a respected institution which is not located at 1800 Sullivan Avenue. The address may well be a medical office building in which the good doctor leases space. EDIT - His license has been cancelled, either at his request or because he failed to renew it.
There's a reason why competent scientific journals are all peer-reviewed. If you are interested in the subject, look for publications by reputable, peer-reviewed journals.
And, yes, there may be real reasons to question milk as a food product. Half the world is lactose-intolerant and cannot consume it.

My doc called up and told me I was impotent, so I put on my three-piece suit and went to work, the way I figured it was....if I'm gonna be impotent, I might as well look impotent.YARDofSTUF wrote:I thought the cheese head thing was an impotence symbol

Sliding down the banister of life ..........................
Hmmm, how did I ever get to be 48 years old.
I drink milk in my tea (2-3 a day).
Plus I drink a glass almost every day. I love milk.
When I was a kid, till about 25 or so I drank tons of it. Lots in cereals.
When others bought a pop after a workout, I bought a quart of milk.
Whenever I eat certain foods, I have to have a glass of milk with it to this day.
Hotdogs, salmon sandwiches, grilled cheese.
I'm not quite as young as I was a few years ago, but I'm still far from dying.

Those Vegans seem so complicated with all their competition and fighting amongst themselves. They have a lot of pent up anger so it seems. I was reading those links that were posted and those guys all sound like a bunch of kids.
