Damn cool, wait until LochNar sees this.

He does this stuff for a living and is probably controlling some of those satellites.

Especially the ones that are all wobbly and spinning out of control. ;)

LOL! :D

yep, really cool minir. You're right, it's

kinda scary how many satellites are up

there. And that site only shows the ones

our government wants us to see!

That's a great site, how did you come across

it?

Hi Loch-Nar

i was surfing as is my want and going nowhere in particular, also a pattern of mine, i came across an article on the MIR coming down and gave it a read.

it took me to two or 3 other spots and then i saw an article and i cannot for the life of me remember where, a respondent to a post pointed out this site and that's how i got there.

not very original i'm afraid, but the end justifies the means i guess. upon looking at it i thought other's might enjoy it as well.

with the MIR being in the new's, it was perfect timing. i thought some parent's might also like it for their kid's. i sent it out to several as well as my grandkids. it would be a neat school project i thought.

i was unaware you where involved in this medium, till Humboldt suggested you would be excited by it. nice line of work i would think. interesting to say the least.

well take care

Prey- but it's the truth! i tell you!!! ;)

minir- yeah, it's pretty interesting, don't

ask me how i wound up doing this stuff. My

major in college was Environmental

Technology, but i spent most my time

drinking and playing video games at my good

buddy Humboldt's house... :)

Funny how you wind up in places you never

thought you'd be....Life is strange that

way...

Yeah, its pretty nice. I used it to track the ISS102 space station, over some guys house, and he actually took a digital pic of it at the time. Cool program. I just wish it had an EXE counterpart so I could run it as either a screensaver, or it's own program without being at the NASA site.

Way cool, hehehehe, indeed, a lot of junk going around above us, however, if they showed all the particles of junk orbiting the earth, there would be a LOT more dots ;)

Has anyone stopped to count how many you can track? I started counting them and stopped at 250 and I wasn't even half way through the list! That is SCARY!

Humboldt, your busted buddy. Back in the old days you had a party life? :D

I deny everything.

You can't prove a thing.

I know absolutely nothing about anyone passing out in my bathroom, never saw any drunken fools spill my canoe trying to ride waves into the Pacific, have never touched vodka or beer...

and I've NEVER heard LochNar slurring like a half-tongued Irishman!

hi minir-

you ever see that movie 'Strange Brew"?

Well it was something along those lines,

except we had longer hair; and lots more

half-naked women running

around.....squealing. :D

Hi Guy's

I thought i was seeing things as i did not recall making the post lately. i thought someone had my password ;)

i read it and then remembered. whoever dug it up shocked me. hahaha

well your all welcome, it was just a find i made one day while surfing and thought it might be of interest to some.

heck it got a lot of people excited, so that was very pleasing to me, that people were enjoying something so much.

Take care
