I am using roadrunner and i was wondering if there is a upload tweak. Here is my results
MTU = 1500
MTU is fully optimized for broadband.
MSS = 1460
Maximum useful data in each packet = 1448, which is less than MSS because of Timestamps, or other TCP/IP options used.
Default Receive Window (RWIN) = 256960
RWIN Scaling (RFC1323) = 2 bits
Unscaled Receive Window = 64240
RWIN is a multiple of MSS
Other values for RWIN that might work well with your current MTU/MSS:
513920 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 8)
128480 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 2)
64240 (MSS x 44)
bandwidth * delay product:
Your RcvWindow limits you to: 10278.4 kbps (1284.8 KBytes/s) @ 200ms
Your RcvWindow limits you to: 4111.36 kbps (513.92 KBytes/s) @ 500ms
MTU Discovery (RFC1191) = OFF
Time to live left = 51 hops
TTL value is ok.
Timestamps (RFC1323) = ON
Note: Timestamps add 12 bytes to the TCP header of each packet, reducing the space available for useful data.
Selective Acknowledgements (RFC2018) = ON
IP type of service field (RFC1349)= 00000000
IF you need anything else please tell me. I hope someboady has a tweak. I am trying to get the fastest i can possible get.
Mitch

Upload is typically capped MUCH lower than download speed for two reasons...
1. The "pipe" used for upload is much smaller than the "pipe" used for download.
2. The cable company does not want people running FTPs and gaming servers that hog the limited bandwidth that is available for upload.
This is typically ok for the "average" user, as they only send small amounts of data upstream.

Fast Enough? Never!
You can only go as fast as the cap, so if you are hitting your cap, then I am sorry to say that we can't help you unless you help yourself, which is to upgrade to a better speed package if money is available. If you are NOT hitting the cap, then we may do something that can help you. However, we need to know your speed package, and the upload speed you currently have.
Live to chase your dream...
