Day off = grilling

About to grill some red snapper w/ red bell pepper and onion.

Couple of potatoes on the upper rack.

Zucchini and mushrooms and grape tomatoes waiting in the wings for space on the grill.

We did marinated shish kabobs on the grill with onion and green pepper. Also made roasted artichokes and finished with some noodles and butter.

Oh yea Dan I'm here in Michigan and we were about 63 today. Nice and sunny, cant wait for spring!!
