HELP me please

Post by cowboy »

I play call of duty 4 modern warefare on PC. Everything was amazingly good for about 2 months yesterday I downloaded Rconmax Beta and then I noticed my internet problems.

Rconmax is like admin tool to connect to the server and do commands like kick/ban people.

I did a speed test my results are very good I can watch/downlaod youtube videos fine.

This is the problem!

When I am playing in the game (multiplayer) When I die then spring back up from the dead (respawn) I lagg then after that it looks normal then when I shoot I lagg. It keeps going on and on it wont go away. the lag is really bad

Un install RconMax and see if that did it? Also not sure about settings for that but it may be taking screen shots during the startup thus video lagging the piss out of you.

Fix all those (File missing) entries along with uninstall Registry booster, never saw a need for it that did any good.

Try to use the TCP Optimzer using the optimal settings, do a restart and see what ya get? Also when you uninstalled COD4 you went through and made sure there were no left over files anywhere before you did the reinstall?

OK i'll try now and let you know here. I mean it is werid. Ping is fine but it seems when I get killed It shows a killcam and the footage laggs badly and hard to watch it, then you respawn and that laggs too but you can run around fire its fine. I have been thinking of reinstalling my OS but DOn't really wanna do that man.

EDIT: no it hasn't helped

Try running this program called GPU-Z and see what the temp of your GPU is:
Temps will be on the sensors tab....Fan spinning on the video card still?

Also, if your running ccleaner and these missing files keep popping back up in the hijackthis log, you might consider disabling system restore(something could be hiding there) and then run/clean with HJT then run/clean CCleaner and reboot.

Disabled system protection tthen restarted pc, ran HJT then selected all the missising files, clicked fix, restarted pc ran HTJ still showing all missing fiels. So I ran CCleaner did everything on it then ran HJT then restarted pc ran scan still showing missing files. Should I keep system protectin off? or on I now don't know what the default was for that.
